Therapy for Ambitious Adults & New Parents | CA & VA
For when you’re ready to release the weight of family expectations, identity shifts, and the pressure of always having it together
Culturally responsive therapy helps you take on the hard challenges outside of session by offering online (CA+VA) and in-person therapy (VA) so that you can witness true growth
Muna Wellness is a therapy practice for ambitious adults who are quietly carrying a lot — family expectations, cultural pressures, life transitions, the weight of always having it together. Whether you're navigating anxiety, adjusting to a new chapter in parenthood, or working through old family dynamics that keep showing up in your present life, you don't have to grit through as you’ve done in the past.
I combine mindfulness-based techniques, tangible communication tools, and evidence-based practices to help you move through life in a way that actually fits you. Muna means "wish" or "desire" in Arabic — and if something brought you here, I think you already know what you're wishing for.
